I'm Loaai, a Senior Accountant who owns the books end to end.

I bring 3+ years of experience across contracting, SaaS and outsourced accounting for Saudi companies.

Today I'm the sole finance professional at Noble Line, a fit-out, construction and solar energy contractor. I own accounting, project cost control, payroll and financial reporting for 50+ concurrent projects and report directly to the founding partners. In parallel, I manage the general ledger at Justclean across 7 countries on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

I also build the reports and tools that show decision-makers where every project stands, so they can price, spend and plan with confidence.

  • Run the entire finance function as the company's sole finance professional, reporting directly to the founding partners on cash position, project margins and financial risks.
  • Oversee the financials of 50+ concurrent projects across three business lines (fit-out, construction, solar), tracking actual costs against budgets and reporting per-project profitability to guide pricing and cash flow.
  • Manage the general ledger on Zoho Books using cost centers by business line and by project, separating direct project costs, indirect costs and G&A for accurate job costing.
  • Process payroll and daily labor wages from site timesheets, allocating labor costs to each project.
  • Built two tools with AI-assisted development (Claude Code): a project-control program integrated with Zoho Books, and a Daily Labor & Wages Tracker. Together they automate cost tracking and give the partners up-to-date visibility of project spend.
